Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Customs duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by the destination country.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, including customs processing or other factors beyond our control. During holidays and peak seasons, deliveries may take longer than usual.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate. We cannot be held liable for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout. We reserve the right to validate delivery addresses and may refuse to ship to addresses flagged as high-risk by third-party fraud detection systems.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately via email with your order details and photographs of the damage (if applicable). All deliveries are insured, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled prior to processing. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. Orders for custom-made, engraved, or resized items cannot be canceled once processed.
8. Shipping Delays
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, customs delays, or supply chain disruptions may cause delays. We will notify you of any significant delays that affect your order.
9. Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns are accepted within one week of receiving the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Products that are damaged due to misuse or alteration by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the item is received and verified in its original condition. Refunds are not applicable if the item is returned after the one-week period.
10. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including custom-made, engraved, or resized jewelry, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
11. Refund Processing
Refunds for returned items will be issued after verifying the authenticity and condition of the product. Any attempt to return counterfeit or altered items will result in denial of the refund and potential legal action.
